Suddenly, there's something distinctly furry lying on the ground here. Seems like his entry to the zone wasn't exactly smooth. Right now he's just lying there, trying to catch his breath.

Eggman draining the Chaos Emeralds. Then I blacked out as the world was splitting up. I don't remember anything until waking up in a hole near Apotos. Not sure how I got there at all, which...kind of stinks.

Because when I landed there, I met a little guy who lost his memories. I decided to help him out, and he's been with me ever since.

...Yeah, sure I do. Just a little more tired, but I'm pretty sure it's from that machine Eggman used on me.

[As far as he knows. He actually blacks out at sunset...but he's sure he just collapses...or maybe he's in deni-NO. HE IS NOT. In denial. He's perfectly fine.]
